Your parents' care, without carrying it all in your head.
Pulse-AI keeps your family's reports, follow-ups, tests and medicines in one WhatsApp chat. It handles what's due within the rules you set, and asks you before anything new.
- Nothing for parents to install
- Voice notes in Hindi or English
- Asks before anything new
Me Lavender 29, Papa Rajesh 62, Mummy Sunita 58, Daadi Kamla 81, Dadu Harbans 85, Arjun bhaiya 33…
All filed. That's 24 documents across the whole family. Rajesh and Sunita's are linked to their medicines and Dr. Anil Kapoor's details too.
Two follow-ups caught my eye in the prescriptions:
- Sunita: repeat TSH around 1 Nov
- Rajesh: repeat HbA1c around late Dec
Want me to remind you for these?
"Book Arjun's repeat lipid profile, tomorrow morning, home collection."
Arjun's repeat lipid profile, home collection tomorrow (5 Oct) morning. Got it.

I'm not feeling well for the past 23 days. I was thinking of getting an appointment with the doctor. What is your suggestion?
I've let Lavender know, since they manage bookings for the family.
Tell me your preferred day and time, and I'll get the details to them to lock in the appointment.
Day one. 24 reports filed by person, and two follow-ups nobody was tracking.
In most families, one person holds everything.
Someone remembers the refill, chases the test and explains the history to a new doctor. When that person is busy or away, things slip.
- The folder
Ten years of reports, none of them to hand.
They're in the almirah when the doctor asks, not in your pocket.
- The family group
A prescription, buried under hundreds of messages.
Forwarded once, then impossible to find.
- The reminder
A repeat test only one person remembers.
And a parent who needs asking more than once.
Pulse-AI gives that work a home, so your family's care doesn't depend on one person's memory.
Set up in one evening. It keeps track after that.
Introduce your family
One message, in your own words. No forms to fill.
Papa Rajesh 62, Mummy Sunita 58, Daadi 81
Forward what you already have
Send the reports and prescriptions on your phone. Pulse-AI files each one under the right person and tells you what's due.
Set your rules
Choose how much it can do on its own, and the most it can spend on one booking. Change either whenever you like.
The everyday admin of care, done and confirmed.
Records, filed by person
Every report and prescription under the right name, linked to the doctor and the medicines.
Follow-ups, spotted early
Repeat tests and check-ups picked out of prescriptions before anyone misses them.
Tests booked at home
Home sample collection at a slot that suits the patient, with prep instructions sent to them.
Medicine orders
Orders placed against the prescription on file, within the limit you've set.
Voice notes
Speak in Hindi or English. If a note comes through unclear, Pulse-AI asks rather than guesses.
Requests from family
Anyone you invite can ask. Bookings still come to the person who manages care.
You decide how far it goes on its own.
Set a delegation level and a spending limit once. Pulse-AI checks every action against them before it happens, and tells you what it did.
- Ask first every time, or let it act within limits
- A spending limit for every booking
- Choose the doctors and labs it books with
- Invite family members and see who's joined
Clear lines, checked before every action.
Routine, and within your limit
Filing reports, reminders, and repeat tests or orders with the lab or pharmacy you already use. You're told after.
Anything new or changed
A new lab, a price that moved, a prescription that has expired, a missing address. You get one clear question, with options.
Medical judgement
Health concerns go to you and the doctor. Pulse-AI won't diagnose, reassure, or decide what's urgent.
Before Pulse-AI spends anything, it shows you what, for whom, when and how much, and waits for your yes.
Forward the folder. See what's overdue.
Most families already have the information, spread across a drawer, a chat group and someone's memory. On the first evening, Pulse-AI reads it all and shows you what nobody is tracking.

Your parents keep using WhatsApp. That's all they need to do.
Nothing to install
Parents message, forward photos or send a voice note, the way they already do.
One person in charge
Whoever manages care sets the rules and approves anything new. Everyone else can ask.
Everyone stays informed
When a test is booked, the person it's for is told the slot and how to prepare for it.
What families ask us first.
Anything else, ask us when you request early access.
Do my parents need to install anything?
No. Pulse-AI works inside WhatsApp, so they can message, forward a photo of a prescription or send a voice note the way they already do.
Can Pulse-AI spend money without asking?
Only within the limit you set for each booking, and only for something routine. Anything new or changed comes to you first, and before it pays it shows you exactly what you're agreeing to.
Will it give medical advice?
No. Pulse-AI handles the admin of care: records, follow-ups, bookings and orders. Anything about symptoms or treatment goes to you and your doctor.
Who can see our family's records?
You decide who's in your family on Pulse-AI. Records are shared with the people you invite, and you can see who has joined.
Which languages does it understand?
You can write or send voice notes in Hindi or English. If a voice note comes through unclear, it asks you to repeat rather than guessing.
Bring Pulse-AI to your family.
We're opening Pulse-AI to a small group of families first, starting with people who manage a parent's care, often from another city. Tell us a little and we'll be in touch on WhatsApp.
You're on the list.
Thank you. We'll message you on WhatsApp when there's a place for your family.
